Remember when we noted earlier that some villains were starting to catch on to Wonder Woman? Here we go. The text is a little hard to read from the illustration, so here it is:

Wonder Woman: Always ...
Villain: Thought so.
At last, a villain has figured out why Wonder Woman carries that Golden Lasso everywhere. (Though it looks more like a red monofilament fishing line in this panel.) But still, not even this villain provides the, um, completion Wonder Woman seeks.
