And her hunched shouders bring her large breasts forward, making them appear even larger than they actuall are. Her facial lips are also slightly open. It's a casual pose, and a sexually provocative pose, but not provocative in the crude way a woman pulling her labial lips apart with her hands is. That doesn't look so naked because it's so intentional. The model in such a scene is performing, posing. Ashe looks like you just took a picture of her in an unguarded moment. Hence, more naked.
